ROEKO Gelatamp is a sterile, resorbable gelatine sponge impregnated with 5% colloidal silver, designed to prevent wound infections and secondary bleeding following dental extractions and surgical procedures. The colloidal silver imparts a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect throughout the absorption period, giving the sponge its characteristic brown color.
Each package contains 20 sponges, each measuring 14x7x7 mm, ready for immediate use in clinical settings.
